Sex for First Time Affects Men Differently

This is not all that shocking actually.  Hey guys, Jill here, with a woman’s perspective on all things “men”.  Not suprisingly, a new study has revealed that apparently having sex for the first time makes men feel like they look better, while losing their virginity, for a woman, has the opposite effect on how they feel about their personal appearance.

Of course, men link their manhood and their self esteem to having sex and being sexually attractive, and women certainly do too, but actually having sex just doesn’t have the same effect on women as it does men when they are young and inexperienced. Women are more likely to look at the experience as a learning one, not as some great sexual escapade.

Men definitely link their self esteem to having sex because for them, it tends to be a thing of “conquering”. Men often feel that they are more manly, more studly and more appealing when they have sex more often, or attract more mates than their friends and peers, especially when they are younger.

For women, especially young women, they may feel as if they are walking a fine line .Women feel a lot more guilt, imposed by society standards, about having sex too much, with too many partners, or when the situation isn’t 100% kosher.

Girls can tell when a guy isn’t really into them for anything other than a good lay in other words!  Guys don’t get emotionally attached to the women they have sex with, unless they are truly emotionally in love with the woman as well. That’s a well known, standard biological fact.

Women’s and men’s self worth is slightly different in the way they interpret it, and their looks are tied to their self worth. As women get older, having sex tends to come more in line with how men experience it. Perhaps because we just don’t give a damn what people think as we get older!
