Hello Mukhtar, as with any supplement, you would have to take at least maintenance supplements in order to maintain your results. It’s similar to a vitamin or other supplement in which it constantly needs to be replenished in the body or the levels will diminish.  It is supposed to enhance your natural HGH production.
