There may be a newly discovered weapon in your arsenal against ED, or erectile dysfunction, that men are most likely going to like, at least those that enjoy sex, but I think that’s just about every one of us, right? There is new research being conducted overseas that strongly suggests something that really may seem like common sense to most men, and most women. At least it makes sense to me.
The suggestion is that a man should have sex more than once a week to help maintain what he’s got, in other words, to avoid getting ED and suffering the problems associated with this fairly common ailment. They found that in groups of men who had sex less than once a week, ED was much more prominent, and the men who had sex more than once a week or several times a week tended to not suffer with ED as much, by a very large statistical gap too.
Researchers say that one of the best ways to avoid ED is to actually make sure you’re using that appendage as much as you can, and then it won’t stop getting used to it, or suffer stage fright of sorts when you go to use it again. It’s almost like if you look at it like working out and your fitness routine, it’s the same sort of mentality, that if you ever stop doing it, your body quickly becomes accustomed to this and will stop remember how.

Impotence, like men who are insecure or feel unworthy because they feel they have a small penis, really hurts a man’s emotional state. And why? Well, while it’s not necessarily fair and is partially imposed on us by society standards, men have been objectified (yes, us men are objectified too, just in a different way from women), as the sex that always wants to have sex, and should always be able to have sex and want it at a moment’s notice.
Anything less than that, or less of a show for the desire for sex, and men are often perceived by their female partners as less of a man, or a man who has something wrong with him because he never wants sex. Many times this is because he simply is afraid that he will not be able to get or maintain an erection, and rather than trying he gives up on the prospect and idea of sexual intercourse all together, or finds ways to avoid it coming up.
They may even be afraid that their partner thinks they are having an affair with someone else, or that they have lost their sexual attraction to them, and this being voiced only puts more pressure on a guy who is facing impotence or some form of impotence or a libido in need of some help.
Impotence is a very serious problem in itself, psychologically, but even more important is that the presence of impotence may indicate a larger health problem in a man, such as a heart problem, since the very thing that results in penile enlargement and engorgement, and us getting an erection is our blood vessels, and if there are problems with circulation, it could mean a bigger picture problem that involves certain organs.

Well, this certainly is a new one to me. I’ve heard of oysters, cayenne, other exotic spices, and even some veggies as being natural aphrodisiacs and male sexual enhancement agents, but I had never heard, until now, that watermelon may be suspected as a natural male enhancer. Too bad I hate watermelon!
You may be in luck if you like this pink, seeded fruit though, because some research at Texas A&M is showing that the fruit may have certain properties that liken it to the likes of Viagra, Cialis, and other male enhancement drugs when it is consumed. The specific effects they say they’ve observed are that it has similar effects on dilating the blood vessels that erectile dysfunction drugs do.
Erectile dysfunction drugs work by helping to open the blood vessels that are responsible for the blood flow to the penis, which we all know is what engorges the penis, making it fully erect and ready for action. While I’m sure watermelon doesn’t provide the same concentration, it may help to open these when eaten on a regular basis, and may actually have health benefits beyond just sexual.
Scientists think that the compound found within watermelon that causes this relaxation and opening of the blood vessels is one called citrulline, and also state that watermelong is beneficial in many other ways because of their nutrient qualities beyond this citrulline, which is believed to be the culprit in the blood vessel relaxation because of the body’s conversion of it to an amino acid called arginine, which is a common ingredient in a lot of Viagra alternatives.

In the ongoing newer war against prescription drug abuse, the hardest thing to stop is the rampant internet sale of pharmaceutical drugs, which makes it very easy to get your hands on drugs that normally require a doctor’s approval and prescription. Never mind that there are also doctors out there who unscrupulously prescribe too many medications to their patients, all in the name of making pharmaceutical companies more money, the internet sale of these drugs, which can have the potential to be highly addictive and dangerous, has pushed the fight to a whole new level and created a whole new population of drug addicts.
A woman’s husband is the latest story in the battle against online drug sales. She says that her husband obtained a sleeping medication called Soma online from a website that sold pharmaceuticals with very little to proof of a doctor’s approval or prescription, and she had thought that he had gotten a doctor’s prescription for it.
She says she now realizes that her deceased husband developed a serious addiction to the medication after he was in a car accident that left him with severe back pain. The only thing, she said, that would help his back pain was this Soma. She went on to explain that he was up to popping several pills at night to fall asleep, well beyond the prescribed amount. This sounds like something that could have possibly been prevented if he were under a doctor’s supervision.
She explained that she came home to find her husband in a pile of his own vomit, and he died of a drug overdose on the Soma. The DEA (Drug Enforcement Agency) is well aware that pharmaceutical drugs being sold onine without doctor supervision has created a whole new breed of drug addiction and it has seized several companies assets who were selling online illegally, but there is still a ways to go, as the internet is a very difficult thing to control.
Google has agreed to help in the fight against these illegal online drug sales, and has worked with the DEA to create warnings for people before they go to buy these drugs online. Hopefully it can stop someone else from falling victim to unsupervised medications.

Well guys, I have some rather bad news for those that suffer form persistent erectile dysfunction, meaning they regularly have problems achieving an erection or keeping an erection long enough to have satisfying sex. As if ED isn’t a big enough problem in itself, causing mental anguish and frustration for the men it affects, doctors are now warning men who have it that it may be an indication of a more serious health problem, usually having to do with the heart or circulation, which indeed is very serious and needs to be looked at immediately.
They say that lots of men who suffer from ED and have for a while may be too embarrassed to go see a doctor about the problem, but in fact if they don’t, they may be putting their lives in jeopardy. This goes especially for men who are diabetic, who often experience problems with erectile dysfunction, since they are especially high risk for other complications that are only symbolized by ED.
Not only can ED predict with some accuracy your likelihood of having heart problems but it also may predict likelihood of stroke. It makes sense if you do think about it, since erections are essentially reliant on the fact that a man’s circulation is good enough to get the blood flowing to the penis to get and keep it hard enough to have sexual intercourse for a reasonably sustained period of time. ED is an indicator that all is not as well as it should be on the circulation front, and a battery of tests can conclude this for men who are concerned their ED signals larger issues.
Men often, especially in certain cultures where it is considered embarrassing to go to the doctor for such a condition, or in demographics that don’t have health insurance, ignore the problem of ED because they either are in denial or they think that it’s too expensive to treat, or that it is, in a way, a “self contained” problem that is not indicative of other problems. In fact it is a very good indicator though of bigger issues to come, and men cannot afford to ignore it if it has happened to them on a consistent basis.
There are also of course preventive steps that can be taken such as modified nutrition, exercise, and certain medications that can improve the underlying issues behind ED that can improve quality and span of life as well as help prevent the heart and circulation problems that may lead men to having a heart attack or a stroke.

Is there really a cure for going bald, or are men who have rapidly receding hairlines destined to spend their lives in search of plugs, wigs or hairpieces that look like the real thing? Well, thanks to modern day medicine and understanding of natural remedies for male pattern baldness, many men are finding male hair loss products that greatly help in the fight against hair loss and balding.
Well, there are two medically and clinically proven formulations that work. One is available over the counter, and also available in the male hair loss product called Provillus, and that is topical medications containing Minoxidil (a popular hair loss treatment that sells with this is Rogaine, which you may have heard of, but it’s only topical as far as I know, it does not combine topical with oral like the Provillus product does), and another one that is available only by prescription and that is called Propecia.
I’m not sure of the pricing of Propecia, but it may not come cheap, especially when combined with the doctor’s visits to actually obtain the prescription, if anyone knows better, feel free to post here.
The most common cause for men of baldness is genetic, meaning that they were genetically handed a certain gene, passed down from their male ancestors, which makes them much more likely to lose their hair, perhaps at an earlier age than other men may lose their hair. Hair thinning and loss is common as men age, but male pattern baldness is likely to take root (no pun intended), when a man is earlier in age, since the disposition that is inherited many times may strike men as early as their mid twenties.
This is obviously a huge concern for a lot of men out there - I’m sure yourself included, but there are ways that you may be able to help thicken the hair that you have as well as prevent further hair loss and help to make the follicles more health so that the hair loss is less likely to happen in the first place, you just have to be willing to do a bit of research on what the best male hair loss supplements and products are before the “miracle cure” for baldness is invented - which may be never, or long after our lifetimes for all we know. Hate to sound pessimistic, but that’s the truth!

I just read an interesting report on the news about how many men give up after their first try at treating their impotence, if the first try in treating the disorder doesn’t work. They just simply don’t go back to the doctor to see if their prescription for something like Viagra (see Viagra alternative) or Cialis can be increased or tweaked to meet their needs (which I guess many times will work if it doesn’t work the first time around).
Instead of getting the treatment that will make the difference between having sex and not having sex, they apparently just decide to give up on sex all together. The estimate for the amount of men who give up after this first try is in the area of one third! That’s a lot of men giving up sex for not getting the results they expected the first time around!
I gotta say, many times I’ve been to the doctor for totally unrelated things, and if “the thing” wasn’t treated correctly, I’d definitely go back for another look or an adjustment, or I’d definitely be at least getting a second opinion!
The reasons range from not wanting to go back to the doctors for various reasons (let’s face it, men are not the best at getting to the doctors in the first place, many times when they really need to), giving up all hope that they can be treated, and simply thinking that their condition is hopeless and unable to be treated, so they don’t even bother with it or may not even bother to try an alternative herbal male enhancement product like VigRX that has been shown to work on so many men so well over the years.
Many men with impotence and men that need libido help report feelings of depression and anxiety over their conditions, but many times feel unable to speak openly about it for fear of embarrassment or divulging too much of themselves. The fact is guys, that if you never get the right treatment, then you never do have the hope of a fulfilling sex life, but if you stick to it and figure out what works for you, then you will! The power is all yours.

Impotence effects more men than you might think. This condition, also called erectile dysfunction, effects millions of men in the U.S.. Erectile function involves psychological as well as physical arousal, with increased blood fllow to the penis. It is the continued increased flow that sustains the erection until ejaculation occurs.
Impotence occurs when there is frequent difficulty with having or sustaining an erection. In it’s wider definition, impotence means the inability to become sexually aroused and not just erectile dysfunction, but it also does come in many forms such as inability to sustain an erection, inability to get an erection in the first place (impotence) and inability to become sexually aroused, which is many times sufficiently psychological in nature. Inability to get an orgasm such as what the mutliple orgasm supplement Deer Antler Plus is supposed to help with, is another very unfortunate form of ED.
It is believed now, that physical factors have a direct link to erectile dysfunction problems and there is help and treatments available. Erection problems become more likely as men age, but age alone is not the only cause.
Male infertility should not be confused with impotence. This term refers only to the inability to produce a sperm that can fertilize an egg. Premature ejaculation refers to a male’s orgasm coming on too quickly. This is not considered the same thing as impotence but it can cause problems with intimacy with your partner. Counseling is recommended for premature ejaculation for the couple and also for natural libido help.
As a couple, if impotence is a problem, make sure you communicate with one another. Anxiety about sexual performance should be discussed by both and counseling is helpful. Unresolved anger and conflict may be expressed by the male holding back on their erection. Due to the complexity of human sexuality, all the physical and psychological aspects of impotence problems should be addressed when meeting with counselors and physicians.

Erectile dysfunction is a cause of distress to many men of all ages and, of course, to their signifigant others in a sexual relationship. Erectile dysfunction is the inability to attain or maintain an erection firm enough for intercourse. It also refers to a problem with very brief erections or libido problems in which men need to seek out libido help.
Some of the causes of erectile dysfunction can be from a disease process, especially those that effect circulation or the nervous system. Chronic illnesses such as diabetes, multiple sclerosis, vascular disease, kidney disease and neurologic disease are some of the physical causes of erectile dysfunction. For men with diabetes, the percentage of erectile dysfunction can be as high as 35 to 50 percent. Hormonal imbalance, such as too little testosterone, may be a cause.
There are substances that may contribute to problems with erectile dysfunction. Smoking cigarattes will increase your chances of erectile dysfunction as it adversely effects circulation. Chronic alcoholism is another frequent cause of erectile dysfunction. Other lifestyle choices that may contribute to this problem are obesity and avoiding exercise.
Pharmaceutical drugs taken to control blood pressure, tranquilizers, antidepressants and antihistamines may have, as a side effect, erectile dysfunction.
Emotional and psychological factors play a role in sexual behaviors and performance. Depression, anxiety and guilt can cause, or be a part of the cause, of erectile dysfunction. A fear of sexual performance failure can perpetuate dysfunction problems.
Surgery or injury that harms nerves or the spinal cord may cause erectile dysfunction. Prostate or bladder surgery for cancer sometimes has this unfortunate side effect.
If erectile dysfunction is a problem, work with a physician to determine the cause. If seeking treatment, knowing which factors play a role will direct you in approaching the solution.
Perhaps counseling together with medication will work for you. Lifestyle changes, such as quitting smoking, losing weight or cessation of alcohol intake may be the answer. If it may be a side effect of a medication you’re taking, ask your doctor if your meds can be adjusted while still treating you effectively. It’s worth investigating all your options to return to your sexual health. General men’s health supplements can also increase a man’s overall health and vitality, which in turn always benefits the male anatomy sexually.

Men with diabetes may be suffering a somewhat unexpected side effect of the blood sugar and insuling resistence disorder. Men with diabetes may have damaged sperm, which can render them infertile and unable to reproduce with their female partners in some cases.
The studies on men’s sperm involved healthy men without diabetes and men with type-1 diabetes and came to the conclusion that not only do men with diabetes produce less semen during ejaculation, but also tend to have damaged sperm at a higher, statistically significant rate than men without this type of diabetes.
Damaged sperm can not only affect male fertility, but it has also been linked to couples that have miscarriages althought the exact cause for this is not known currently. The study was only on men with type-1 diabetes which is mostly hereditary in nature, and has not yet been done that I know of, on men with type-2 diabetes, which is fairly common these days unfortunately. Type-2 diabetes is on-set, meaning it’s not genetic but rather is usually caused by lifestyle choices such as obesity, bad diet habits and lack of physical activity.
