More Tips on Penile Enlargement Success
This is continued from the last post on penile enlargement pointers on how to keep the best records for success and a true measurement of your growth and success…
The length and girth of the penis have to be measured in both the flaccid and erect states, in order to have an accurate view of the penis size. Measuring correctly is vital in this case, more so because your penis is not a piece of wood or metal. The penis is made of tissues that contract and expand according to room temperature, physical exertion and certain psychological factors.
Just knowing that you are going to measure your penis is enough to get the blood flowing into the Corpora Cavernosa. Therefore you should try to be as calm as possible before measuring your penis.
Whether you are erect of flacis, you will be measuring the size of you penis from the side with the measuring tool. You will also be standing up straight while keeping your penis fully extended out in front of you.
Try your hardest not to stretch the penis and get false measurement results, but rather just prop the penis up with your fingers, putting very little pressure on it so you can get a true and valid measurement of your progress. Girth should always be measured at the middle of the penile shaft. Remember to use the same spot every time you measure your penis.
Every time that you take penis measurements, remember to write the exact size down in your logbook and also remember to always take the measurements when you are flacid, or if you’ve been doing them when you’re hard that’s fine too, as long as it’s consistent.
This way you will be able to identify the growth pace of your own body, based on how much the time it took to add an extra inch of tissue to the penis.
At first, you will probably think little of the Penis Health logbook. After all, it contains nothing more than your starting size. However, a couple of months later the logbook will be proof of the results brought by your persistence and a source of pride. It will also help you set the pace of workouts.
Be careful, though, because it is far too easy to give in to eagerness and measure your penis every week, although one week is too short to notice any significant changes. Too frequent measuring leads to depression and loss of motivation.
You can use your cell phone if you have a calendar type of program in it, or even your PDA (palm pilot), or you can just use the good old faithful pen and paper, or a little notebook.
Thus, your own logbook will be both proof of your hard work within the Penis Health program showing the exercises you’ve completed faithfully and honestly as well as any amount of progress, no matter how big or small, that you’ve shown in the last couple days, weeks, or months, however long your program takes you.
