Back and Neck Hair Getting to You?

It’s summer time, and you know what that means. It’s the time of year when you shed a lot of clothes, and expose a lot of those “overgrown” areas of your body that look like you’re a caveman who has just woken up from a long winter’s nap.  Guys are notoriously hairy on their necks (the back of their necks) and their entire back.

Not only that, we often have a lot of unwanted body hair on the front of our body as well – our chests, and even too much on our upper arms. Not only is this unsightly and not very appealing to a lot of women who like a smoother look or at least like to look at just a little bit of hair, which makes you a man, but it can be uncomfortable.

It can rub on your clothes, make them stick to you in a funny way, and just generally suck.  Thankfully we have access to some of the best male body hair removal products that don’t require expensive electrolysis or the laborious and often painful act of plucking, tweezing or waxing.

Have you ever seen the movie 40 Year Old Virgin?  The one where Steve Carrell gets his body waxed and ends up crying for his mommy because it hurts so bad?  Well, that’s pretty much what it feels like, I can tell you from personal experience.

Not only does waxing in heavily haired areas of the body like the back and the neck hurt, but it also sometimes makes you bleed because the hair root is ripped out so quickly. Some men even break out in rash-like bumps for days afterwards because the pores are so traumatized and tend to swell up into bumps.

The best male body hair removal creams avoid this painful and annoying side effect because they get down deeper to the root and don’t require the traumatizing ripping out of the hair by the root. You can end up with a smoother, finer hair for weeks at a time, which is much better than shaving!

Why NOT to Get a Male Brazilian Hair Removal!

I just read perhaps one of the most cringing, ouch that makes my testicles hurt and it didn’t even happen to me kind of stories on the news, and had to share it with our readers to make sure that you know what might happen if you get a male Brazilian waxing in your pubic area from someone who doesn’t quite know what they’re doing.

Of course, there are professionals out there, and these weren’t professionals that ripped off the strips that were taped to this man’s sensitive areas, but the story still prompts you to look for alternate ways of male body hair removal, that’s for sure!

A male Brazilian waxing is exactly like a female Brazilian, except it’s just around the sensitive areas of a man’s genital area, with minimal contact to the very sensitive underbelly of the testicles, which we all know is quite sensitive.

This can be good and bad. When we’re getting it on, it can be great if our partners gently prod and play with this area. But bad when something traumatic and sudden happens to it. Say, something like a very adhesive strip of male body hair removal tape being ripped off of it very hard and very quickly!

Brazilian waxing is still much more popular with women than it is with men. Mostly because women have this new grooming standard when it comes to keeping things cleaner down there, whereas men still get by with just trimming it here and there and may actually get a strange second look for any woman who happens to be down around that area if it were totally hairless!

A young man in the UK actually had a very painful experience with male brazilian waxing. He was doing a waxing charity event where he was getting this brazilian thing done to be a sport and well, to have everyone laugh at him and have a really good time tearing off the hair removal strips that are often used in this type of waxing.

Someone got a little too quick and hard with removing the tape on a particularly sensitive part of his testicles, and ended up ripping off several layers of skin – I know OUCH!  He had to be taken to the hospital eventually, but will be ok with some TLC and a little good humor, which it seems like this poor chap already has plenty of!

Workouts for Men to Get Into Shape for Summer

The winter months are over and the summer is coming. We all know this is the time to impress the ladies with an astonishing body. Getting back into shape can be a difficult task, but with a little hard work, and a little knowledge, results will come quick.

If you stick to a good diet, exercise regularly and stay committed to it you will be seeing results in no time at all. Summer workouts are a great way to get rid of the extra fat gained during the long months of winter. Finding the right workout regime for you can be a scary job. Everything you need is motivation. Get and stay motivated!

Since muscle building is a slow process that cannot be speeded up by trick workouts, we must rely on maintaining muscle and building it as body fat is reduced. You may even want to try an HGH supplement to help enhance your body’s ability to build muscle and reduce body fat.  In your workout regimen you should have 2 days of cardio, 3 days of building, and 7 days of proper diet with 1 or 2 cheat days a month to keep you normal.

The first step in getting shape is changing your diet. The rule of thumb is stay away from fast food, fried food and heavy meals. Eat vegetables including different sorts of salads. Apart from assisting fat loss, drinking lots of water also helps you stay hydrated.

Choose for cool drinks like ice tea instead of aerated drinks. Drinking cold water has actually been shown to drastically increase metabolism. Do a cardio workout at least 2 times a week. Swimming and water aerobics can do wonders for the body as they not only protect you from the heat, but are also great to work out the cardiovascular system.

Water exercises are a perfect way to get some exercise without being bothered about the scorching sun, as well as a fun and socially interactive exercising option. Furthermore, the sleep is important too, so allow plenty of sleep and relaxation for muscle repair and body recovery.

Getting into shape knows to be a very painstaking thing, but if we stick to the regime, have appropriate diet and take a good multivitamin health supplement for men, and workout regularly, we will make our dream come true. We will lose fat, build our muscles, and have a far better body shape. With one word we will look amazing, and with great body we will improve our self-confidence and become better persons.

Hair loss problem is very common and proper care must be taken to avoid this.

Fortunately, for those of you that are already bald, you do not need to despair. There is no space for panic. There are ways to grow hair back.  Early detection is important to be able to control or prevent it. This can help prevent thinning or complete balding for many years.  Sometime, early detection is as much as looking at family pictures. How many of the men in your side of the family have experience premature balding or hair thinning?

You need only look at your father to help decide if you may be at a higher risk for losing your treasured hair.  Sometimes though, this is not a hard and fast rule. Sometimes, you may not have a huge family predisposition toward balding, and yet you may begin to notice your hair thinning in your thirties, forties or fifties. Lots of guys end up losing their hair starting as early as their twenties.  This is usually attributable to a heavy genetic link to hair loss and balding in the male side.

Thankfully for most men, modern medicine provides new treatments that help delay hair loss. However, there are a number of options to prevent hair loss in men.   The first important thing to do when you notice signs of balding and hair loss is to take better care of hair – be wary of the kind of brush you use as well as the shampoos, lotions and creams that you generally use, as many of these can damage your hair.

Men’s Balding and Early Hair Loss Prevention : Part II

A number of successful preventions are available, surgical and cosmetic treatments which are safe and help prevent this common type of hair loss, and some of them even promote hair growth! Going to a doctor may be of help because then you will have very specific advise rather than to try and deal with it yourself. If you try and treat the receding hairline yourself you might be buying the wrong product which will just cost you money and not offer the results you are looking for.

Before using products or taking supplements, find out what is causing the loss of hair. If the problem is medical, follow up with a doctor to see if there are any medications that he can prescribe to help restore hair growth. In certain instances, various cases of thinning hair will respond readily to taking drugs and hair restoration will be easy.  Supplement any medical treatments with natural products and foods that have been shown to help re-grow hair.

Include vitamin C to prevent hair loss and encourage hair restoration for those going bald. Vitamin C is a natural part of healthy hair and an important dietary addition. The B vitamins and biotin are also necessary components for hair growth. You can even include foods rich in vitamin B6, zinc and saw palmetto in your diet. If your diet doesn’t consist of these nutrients and vitamins, you can resort to various supplements.

If you suffer from this kind of problem, a good advice is not to use harsh shampoos and hair gels, they contain numerous chemicals that have negative effect.
Stress is also a cause of hair loss. Have a relaxing bath every night to unwind and ease stress, go to a spa, you will feel better for sure!

Cut down on your smoking and drinking, as these lifestyle habits can affect hair loss too. Baldness treatments are available in many forms from medications to hair oils and lotions.
By understanding why this happens, as well as knowing how you can prevent it, you will be able to give identify the correct treatment. This will then allow your hair to stay healthier and thicker as you age.  Therefore, consulting a competent hair specialist or hair expert will help determine the exact cause and the proper mode of treatment for hair loss.

Time to Start Ridding Yourself of That Body Hair?

Believe it or not, men are many times just as concerned about too much body hair as women are. Just think about it. Have you ever seen a super hairy guy that almost looks like an ape on the beach? Not a turn on ladies, right? My husband is actually really concerned about removing unwanted hair because he has a huge patch of it on the lower part of his back that he finds particularly bothersome and embarrassing.

Every year several times we take the clippers to the area, or use a good male hair removal cream that penetrates down into the hair follicle to stunt it’s growth for several weeks, and he’s usually good from there for a month or so.

If you have a lot of body hair, there are a lot of options you have now. One of the most economic though is to find yourself a good hair removal product that you can slather on, one that gets deep down in there so that you don’t need to worry about the new growth coming in all bushy, and instead, you get a slow as molasses growth factor and also it comes in much finer and thinner, so that you don’t look like you have pubic hairs coming out of your chest or your back.

Women have used these types of creams and whatnot for years to help remove unwanted body hair and not have to shave or clip their unwanted hair every few days (what a pain), so men need to get on the bandwagon, ’cause summer is coming faster than you think. We’re already in March for crying out loud!

New Info on Propecia, Hair Transplants for Men

We have included a new page on hair growth products for men, because we realize that more and more of our readers have had hair loss become one of their major health and personal appearance concerns over the past few months, so we wanted to really address the issue and talk about the latest information on what’s happening in the world of male hair loss products and restoration.  There are new developments all the time in this arena, simply because those big companies that make these types of products, drugs and services know that balding is an absolutely HUGE concern for men.

Men love their hair, they treasure it just as much as women do, and yet we are cursed with the higher likelihood of losing our hair at an early age, much too early for our liking, and much too early to match our young faces with a balding head.  This is a very concerning issue for a lot of men when it comes to their personal appearance and self esteem.

You’ve seen it happen to even the most famous and rich of men, and you’ve seen some of them resort to phony looking toupes or plugs, but I’m sure there are also some that you had no idea had the problem in the first place because they have picked more natural ways to go about getting hair regrowth and keeping the hair that they have healthy, before it got too out of control.

That’s what we’re looking for, men’s products for hair growth that are effective and natural looking, so that you can help your own hair grow, and more importantly, the hair you have stay on your head. Some of the products we discuss on this new hair growth products for men page are finasteride (Propecia), nifty little gadgets like hair loss laser combs, hair transplants and grafts of new hair follicles on to the balding parts of the head, which is probably the most cutting edge we review, and herbal and natural supplements and topical solutions that help the hair grow thicker and cover thinning areas.  Pretty interesting stuff, and if you’re concerned about hair loss, then it’s simply a must read!

Can Balding be Stopped or Slowed Down?

A lot of men want to know the answer to this question, since most cases of male hair loss and balding belong to the male sex because of the common problem of androgenetic alopecia, which is male pattern baldness, a partly inherited trait in men that puts them at a much higher risk fo losing some or all of their hair by the time they reach their fifties or sixties.

Sometimes, even more devastating to men is that they may start to experience severe hair loss as early as their teen years. I’ve seen this in the most handsome of men, and it truly does alter the appearance and almost force one to shave their head or wear their hair extremely short. It’s certainly a source of self esteem issues for men, and one of their biggest complaints when it comes to vanity and self image.  We have a new page on products for male hair growth which includes overviews of the latest cutting edge technology in transplants, medications like Propecia, and alternative remedies for hair growth as well.

One of the tips recommended by experts is to use the topical product Minoxidil on the head. This ingredient is currently, to my knowledge, that only topical, FDA approved ingredient that may be used effectively to help stall hair loss and regrow healthy hair.  You will want to use this twice a day, and this will help you accomplish your goal of keeping it no your head instead of in your comb or on the shower floor, without replenishing itself.

The product that we recommend for mail hair loss has minoxidil as a topical hair loss agent, along with a natural hair loss oral remedy that helps to fortify your body internally with the vitamins and minerals necessary to nourish the scalp and follicles to facilitate healthy hair growth.

Men that have male pattern baldness in their families on the male side and are starting to notice their hair thinning are always concerned about what they can do, if anything, to slow down or stop the balding process, and we’re going to give you some tips on doing just that today.  After all, you can’t control your genetics, but you certainly can hinder it’s attempts at fulfilling your genetic prophecy!

There is also an oral medication to consider that blocks DHT, which is the hormone/chemical that is responsible for male hair loss, called Propecia, or the medical term for it is finasteride.  This can be extremely effective for men who want to prevent hair loss that start to see it thinning early on and want to catch it as a preventive measure.  Either way, you can help keep the hair you have on your head and continue to grow healthy hair, you just have to know when to step in with preventive measures.
