Rejuvenating the Vagina

Many women complain that they feel their vaginas either aren’t tight enough for their lovers, and feel inadequate because of it, sort of like men who want to grow their penises larger feel, and also because they say that because their vagina has lost it’s grip and tightness, they also do not feel as much sexual pleasure as they used to.

But, just like their are exercises to enlarge the penis, there are also exercises a woman can perform that can help to tighten her vagina back, up, get more pleasure out of sex for her and her partner, and feel more confident about the type of sexual experience she is giving to her partner.

These exercises are called Kegel exercises, which you may have heard of.  They were named after a doctor that came up with them as a means for women to help themselves in the bedroom.  They are an exercise that women can test and use as frequently as they want, and they are not only related to sexual performance and pleasure but they are also related to stopping the flow of urine.  So, for a woman to exercise her kegel muscles, or the floor of the vagina, she can actually practice this by stopping and starting her flow of urine when she is going to the bathroom.

There are also other options for rejuvenating the vagina, one of them a very controversial and some say extremely  unsafe and not medically backed, called vaginal rejuvenation.  It has gained popularity in some other countries where it is allowed with women, but I don’t believe it is allowed to be practiced here in the US, at least to my knowledge.

If you ask me, it sounds about as safe as penis enlargement surgery for men, which has not been proven safe, and some say has even caused more problems than happy outcomes, so I’d stay away from it and go the natural route, trying out the kegels and also being mindful of the pee thing every day if you can, which I’m sure helps strengthen it and keep it strengthened little by little, every day.

At any rate, your man should love you for you, and a looser vagina should not change that.  Of course, it’s all in your mind whether you’re ok with it or not, but there are things you can do improve it if it just makes you feel more confident that you are satisfying your lover.  I totally understand!

Sex Toys Aren’t Always Safe…

Sex toys are kind of a tricky thing to put claims on that they are 100% safe.  I mean, by their very nature, they may be used extremely differently from person to person, with varying degrees of force, positioning and so forth (you get the picture), that it would be nearly impossible to say if every sex toy out there is “safe”.  Well, one woman found out the hard way that just because it’s a toy doesn’t mean it’s child’s play when something goes wrong.  Like my cheesy intro?  He he.

A Maryland woman was seriously wounded when her sex partner decided it would be a good idea to attach a sex toy to a power saw.  The results were disastrous of course, and this genius caused serious harm to his lady.  I mean, who would think that it’s ok to attach a sex toy to any sort of power tool?  What are the odds that baby’s gonna fall off, and the exposed power tool is going to do some serious damage?

Sometimes what people will do in the heat of the moment never ceases to amaze me!  I mean, being passionate, kinky and adventurous is one thing, but using any sort of tool that could actually kill someone if used the wrong way is just plain stupid.  It’s not clear in the report whether charges will be filed against anyone for the accident, nor what the woman’s condition is, although it does say the wounds she sustained were very serious.

I’m sure that she doesn’t like having to tell friends and family what landed her in the hospital either, this is just one giant disaster!  Use sex toys only as intended, never try to do it yourself, you see what can happen….

Whole Lotta Blue Penis in Watchmen

I saw the comic book (well graphic novel, if you want to get technical) interpretation of Watchmen a few days ago, and I gotta say, it was a pretty good movie overall.  It wasn’t breathtaking or anything like that, it was just entertaining, and it was such a different concept about flawed superheroes, I mean seriously flawed, who were very human still, that it made it all that much more interesting to watch.

I’m sure lots of women were blushing though – there’s a whole lot of blue penis flashing on the screen with Billy Crudup’s character (although I’m sure it’s not Billy Crudup’s actual penis that was superimposed on the blue guy they called Dr. Manhattan).

It’s hilarious too, because it swings just like a real penis does, but you can still tell that it’s gotta be CG’d on there.  The whole body looks to be CG’d with Crudup’s head probably attached to still keep the humanity in the very inhuman and almost perfect character of Dr. Manhattan, who after a disaster at a particle fusion plant that he works at (he’s a physicist, of course), makes him into something akin to a god that cannot relate completely to the human species any more.

His penis, thank goodness, and I’m sure for rating purposes, remains in the flacid state the whole duration of the movie, but there’s a little hot love scene between him and his love interest in the film, Silk Spectre II, who is played by the beautiful Malin Akerman in a brunette wig (she’s really blonde).  However, I must say that you see a lot more male nudity in this movie than female nudity.

And it’s not really family friendly at all – interestingly, it’s one of the first, if not the first, comic book based movies that is so risque that it garnered an R rating rather than the typical PG rating that most other comic book movies are comfortable with so they can appeal to a wider audience. We see quite a bit of Nite Owl’s butt too, and an intimate love scene that’s pretty graphic and intense for this genre, between him and Silk Spectre on a goofy looking ship.

The best character though is Rohrshach, who is played by a Danny Bonaducci look alike.  He’s a sociopath who is bent on finding the person responsible for hunting the group known as the Watchmen, and this story line evolves into a whole ‘nother interesting story line that involves a lot of idealism, treachery and deceipt.  A very interesting movie, and even commentary on the humanity of people – and so called superheroes.

What is Jelqing?

I couldn’t help but be fascinated about a certain penis enlargement exercise when I read about it for the first time, an eastern practice that is called jelqing.  What exactly is jelqing?  Well, besides it’s awkward spelling that traces back to it’s foreign roots and unfamiliar pnemonics to us that are only familiar with the english language, it’s a practice that boys becoming men for the first time and preparing for what was hopefully to be some of their first couplings with women and first sexual experiences, would engage in typically with their fathers which involved movements of the penis which helped to increase it’s size as well as increase stamina and make men more long lasting in bed, as well as have a bigger erection.

The exercises that are involved in jelqing typically take around 30 minutes to complete, since there are so many of them that need attention, and they all must be completed for the man to muster full benefit from them.  Jelqing can result in injury however if it is not practiced correctly or is practiced over zealously by the man who’s doing it.  It is an exercise which helps to elongate the smooth muscle that makes up the shaft length of the penis.  The fingers form a circle around the penis, and the penis, while in a semi flacid state, is essentially “milked” which gently is supposed to help train the penis into a longer shape, and make erections longer and larger.

The penis actually begins inside the body, what we actually see of the penis on the outside of the body represents something like just over half of the actual penis length.  This is because it is divided up into three sections essentially, and this jelqing technique helps to lengthen more of the penis outside the body essentially.  A common practice before jelqing the penis is to put a hot compress on it, preparing it for stretching, which may also help prevent injuries since the penis is a muscle and the muscle will be warmed up and more ready to be stretched as well as more conducive to stretching, instead of more open to injury.

You can read more about this and other penis enlargement exercises here : Penis enlargement exercises, where you can also see more about this interesting technique and even sign up for a newsletter about this and other penis enlargement techniques.

Penile Enlargement Has a Far-Extending History

And no, I didn’t mean to make any puns by the title of this post, but penile enlargement products and techniques have extended back literally for thousands of years throughout different civilizations of men who were seeking to increase the ultimate symbol of their manhood – their penis size.  So it looks like large penis size is not just an invention of insecurity for the twentieth and twenty first centuries, but it’s been a long desire of men to see their manhood grow to incredible lengths.

It must be something innate in men that makes them strongly prefer having larger penises, perhaps because they are seen as more virile, capable lovers or for some mating reason that goes back to our evolution periods since men with larger penises may have been seen as more fertile and more able to produce offspring, although of course this may not necessarily be true, and you don’t have to have a prerequisite nine inch penis ot impregnate a woman, as we all know.

Now let’s talk about the penis enlargement techniques of today first, and get an idea of where they came from, since everything has a beginning in some sort of theory or some degree of success with a certain technique or device.  First off, there has almost always been the principle of “stretching” and sort of training involved, where the penile shaft is actually trained to be longer than it’s original size.

And why not?  Have you ever heard of the breast pumps and vacuum techniques used to naturally enlarge a woman’s breasts over time?  Same theory here, but only it’s with another expandable tissue – the penis, and it’s doable, it just takes time and dedication, gentle dedication that is, to train the penis to be a longer size and increase inch measurements.

There are some excellent penis extenders that are medically backed devices which gently train the penile tissue to grow over time.  These are probably some of the most popular and successful devices sold for men who are interested in lengthening the size of their penis.  They can really provide great results when they are combined with penis enlargement exercises, which help to strengthen and lengthen the shaft, and when combined with a penis extender, they really add length, and sometimes even girth to the penis shaft.

This device goes back to the dawn of penile enlargement, where the furthest trace is where men used to tie a sort of weight to the penis (ouch) to train it to lengthen.  There was also a device that was used in a certain culture that acted kind of like one of those Chinese finger sleeves, where you insert your finger, and the device begins to pull and stretch through resistance, without you even doing anything.

I’m sure you can imagine that was dangerous and may have caused some injuries, so it’s a good thing that we now have real ways to encourage penis growth without putting our penises in jeopardy of injury.  You just need to make sure you use these devices correctly and always us them according to directions, never go off and do your own thing with them, even if you think you’re doing yourself a favor, because the last thing you want to do is injure yourself or cause any sort of sprains or bruising.

Ashley Madison Adultery Site Makes Traditionalists Cringe

If you haven’t heard of the adult website for married people who want to have sexual affairs with other married people called “Ashley Madison” you may not have been exposed to many of it’s radio spots that I’ve been hearing lately, as well as online ads and I’ve heard that there are even some print ads for this site as well.  It doesn’t really propose anything new, except for the fact that it, unlike some of it’s other competitors actually advertises its services in a blatant, devil may care way.

The radio ad spot that I kept hearing was pretty provocative, and actually made me kind of go, Whoah, that is pretty risque, even for the sexually out there ways of today’s society, with more openness about sex.  Heck, we even have a very graphic show on HBO called Real Sex that enjoys a lot of popularity by exploring people’s perversions, fantasies and sexual escapades in a very open way, sometimes a little too open when you see some of the “real” people getting down and dirty if you ask me.  It’s not exactly material that makes you feel sexy if you know what I mean – at least usually.

Ashley Madison advertises that it is a discrete way for a married man or woman to seek out and find another married man or woman to have an affair with.  It goes off of a membership-type basis, and people who sign up create profiles and pay for packages where they get credits, I don’t know if that means they get to check more profiles the more they pay, but there are more expensive packages that supposedly allow a guarantee that you will have an affair or you get your money back.

Many traditionalists have been vocal against this website, which they say promotes adultery in a blatant way.  However, I’d tend to think that they have the right to run their business, although I may personally find their ads distasteful and I am of the old fashioned opinion that if you’re not happy in your partnership, you should get out of it before you go having flings. Not only is it risky, but it does teeter on some moral compass for me I supposed.  However, I do know that people can go to a bar and have an affair very easily, just the same, this is just making it a little more discrete.

What About These Sandpaper Pads for Hair Removal on Guys?

I don’t know if you may have seen the ads on TV for these crazy things, but there is a product, mostly geared toward women because they shave their legs and hate doing it, but also can be used for men, that is supposed to remove your hair and leave your skin smooth because it exfoliates the dead skin cells off at the same time.  It’s actually just like a piece of fine grain sandpaper if you look at it, and you take it off of a sticky pad and attach it to an applicator thingy and rub it clockwise and counter clockwise until you feel like you’ve removed enough body hair that you’re satisfied.

Male hair removal products are incredibly popular now because men, just like women, are very self conscious of excess body hair.  Men also tend to grow a lot more body hair than women, so they also like to remove it, especially during the warmer months when they go shirtless or wear less clothing so that they don’t look like a hairy ape at the beach or at that company picnic, or in their swim trunks at the pool.  You’ve seen the guys that have backs that could double for a gorilla suit, yeah, it’s not really the most attractive thing to women, at least most women that is.

The sandpaper-like contraption that removes body hair is claimed by the makers to be a tool that men and women can use to remove unwanted body hair, with minimal irritation, that will leave the skin smooth and hair free for weeks, and not be expensive, like laser hair removal and some of the other salon and professional hair removal techniques, or stinky and irritating depilatories that are also fairly popular.  My personal favorite is this one, which I feel is the best male hair removal cream on the market today, because it’s used by body builders and it really does leave the skin hair free for weeks with minimal upkeep – no hard stubble either, which is great, whether you’re a guy or a girl, no one likes to have uncomfortable hair stubble.

However, the sandpaper product in tests has not fared so well with users.  Many say that it does not take the hair off like it says it does, or takes off very minimal hair, and it also tends to leave the skin irritated and take a lot more circles to even begin to work.  Some people have complained of very bad razor burn-like symptoms afterwards, and not even enjoyed the added benefit of hair removal which was expected.  I guess you really do get what you pay for.  At least you know that if you can’t afford what is probably one of the best ways to permanently remove hair, laser hair removal, then there are other, much more affordable and effective options at removing your bothersome body hair for weeks at a time.

Why Does Your Hair Turn Gray?

If it’s not male pattern baldness or hair loss that’s the problem with us guys, it seems that a lot of us, especially if we are caucasian men with dark hair, where it is both more noticeable and also more likely that it will happen earlier, it’s early graying hair, which is another thing that can seriously dampen the way we feel about ourselves and how old we look and feel to ourselves and others.  Gray hair definitely is a sign that someone isn’t exactly in their prime any more.  On the other hand, it’s also a sign of wisdom, of a life lived, or experience.  A lot of women happen to like men with salt and pepper or graying hair, I know a few of them myself.

Fortunately, gray hair is not as much of a stigma for men as it seems to be for women.  Whereas a man is more likely to be seen as distinguished, and ruggedly handsome if he has graying hair, there seems to be a double standard for women with gray hair, which of course is not fair, but it’s a perpetuated stereotype and ideal that we can’t seem to get away from.  Some men hate gray hair though, and they unfortunately resort to hair dyes that end up looking way too dark and unnatural on them.  I’ve seen this in action also, and it looks way worse than a few gray hairs, trust me.

So, why does your hair turn gray as you get older?  And why are some men more likely to go gray earlier than others?  A lot of it has to do with your genetics, but a lot also has to do with your ethnic background.  As I mentioned before, a lot of caucasian men find that they are more likely to turn gray sooner than say, Asian men do.  The same goes for women as well.  The explanation is a bit mystifying if you ask me.  It seems almost too simple.  In fact, it has to do with a chemical that I’m sure you’ve heard of, that you probably didn’t think was also produced by the human body as a biproduct ( I know I sure didn’t).

Supposedly, all of our lives, our hair and hair follicles are exposed to hydrogen peroxide, which is a byproduct of our bodies waste elimination processes.  Well, as we get older, the ability of our hair to resist this chemical’s fading powers (as you would see if you doused your head in hydrogen peroxide) substantially deteriorates, and it begins to literally suck the color out of our hair, resulting in the absence of color. It is more noticeable in brunettes because it sticks out like a sore thumb, whereas on a blonde it would blend in until the majority of the hair turned gray.

This is also why you notice that when you start to get gray hairs, they start off as these short, wiry hairs, almost more like the consistency of pubic hair, which is more stiff and dry.  They look pure white, and they’re really no fun to start getting.  You can either pluck them, or you can try to use a hair dye, but make sure you use one that’s not too dark or has too much red in it, so it’s very natural and unnoticeable.

Prostate Drug Also Male Hair Loss and Baldness Drug?

It looks like there is a drug out there that is marketed for both prostate health and simultaneously marketed and successfully used, as a male balding drug that helps men who suffer from male pattern hair loss to regrow their hair and keep the hair they have a little longer on their heads.  The specific drug I’m talking about is actually used to help treat urinary tract problems in men, as well as to address enlarged prostate and other prostate functioning issues. It’s called finasteride, and is marketed by one large drug company as a baldness remedy.

This is really not a new concept though.  Many drugs have been dually marketed in the past, or have started off as a discovery to treat one thing, and found that they could also be helpful for a whole other set of issues of another specific health issue that wasn’t thought of before.  The first big blockbuster erectile dysfunction drug, Viagra, was actually an example of this.  It started off as a drug to help treat angina, and it was found that the subjects who were in the clinical trials were also the happy beneficiaries of another secondary and enjoyable side effect, longer, fuller and more potent erections.

Male pattern baldness and male hair loss in general is a huge problem for a men, and a big sticking point when it comes to the self esteem for men.  This is why the hair loss product market for men is absolutely huge, and why so many men are seeking out the newest, best hair replacement programs and secrets to regaining their hair.

There’s no doubt that hair is a major part of our view on how we look!  It’s not much different for men than it is for women when it comes to this vital part of our appearance.  It makes us feel younger and more viril, and certainly affects how you feel you represent yourself to others, both professionally and socially.  It also definitely makes us feel more secure with the ladies, but then again, hey, there are plenty of ladies who like men who are totally shaved!

As far as finasteride goes, it really is prescribed more as a prostate cancer preventive medicine, and it’s not prescribed to all men by any means, but only men who’s doctors feel that they may be able to benefit from it.  There are pros and cons, as with any other drug, so those must be carefully considered before a patient takes a dive into taking any new drug, especially if it is not warranted by perhaps a suspicious PSA test that shows there may be cancer brewing in the prostate.

Women Like to Feel Appreciated

One of the most important aspects that women have identified in their satisfaction with their relationship, and hence their sexual satisfaction in the relationship, since women’s sexual satisfaction and orgasms are closely tied to how they feel emotionally about their partner and their partnership, is the aspect of appreciation.  I bet you guys are saying yeah, but we also need appreciation too.

It appears to be a two way street, but women also may be a little more prone to identifying lack of appreciation as a downfall of their partners because they many times take on the lion’s share of doing chores and housework, which is identified as a sticking point in many marriages and relationships where people cohabitate. Women say that as long as their guy shows genuine appreciation and simply says thank you when she is obviously doing more than her fair share of duties, that means the world, and the resentment that tends to go with taking on more than your fair share in a relationship dissipates and becomes much more bearable.

Since, as I mentioned before, female sexual enhancement is closely tied to her emotional attachment to the relationship and her current level of happiness and contentment within the said relationship, you will likely be rewarded with a much more forthcoming sexual partner as well when you say thanks when your partner is doing things for you.  I did say that it’s a two way street though, and this is definitely true because I’ve heard some guys complain that they don’t feel they are appreciated if they do some work around the house, or if they happen to be the main breadwinner and the wife or partner gets to stay home and not work.

This is a common complaint for men in these situations too, although men are typically not as vocal about these things as women are, but they definitely can have the same feelings of resentment when they feel they’re being taken for granted.
