Hmm, very good question.  And I was curious, so I did some investigating and it turns out these devices are the same thing we partly promote and talk about here on MaleEnhancementMagazine.com (because this particular product works - it’s called Size Genetics - see review here). 

A penis extender is a device, contraption, whatever you want to call it, that is supposed to help a man enlarge and lengthen his penis by gentle, gradual “stretching”, and when combined with penis enlarging exercises, it can many times make a substantial difference in a man’s penis length, something that many men struggle with when they feel their penis is too small or inadequate to please a woman. 

Penis extenders are offered by a number of companies now, but you should really be careful who you purchase from if you’re thinking of penile enhancement via one of these devices.  First of all, some of them can be flimsy and fall apart soon after you get them, or some of them have not been medically reviewed for safety and effectiveness.  The first part is very important, because if they are not reviewed for safety, they could do more harm than good. 

There is more than just uncomfortable chafing that can happen if these devices are either 1.)  not adequately reviewed for safety or 2.)  used incorrectly or have poor directions and no “program” to go with them.  Yes, if you order a penis extender and are just kind of thrown into using it however you want, this can definitely do more harm than good, so choose a program that offers just that - a program, so that you are not guessing how to use the device.
