Holiday stress leads to lots of things. What does all this holiday stress spell out for your sex life? The exercise will increase your energy levels, and enable you to cope with the stress more readilly and efficiently. This results in an improved sexual desire as well as better sexual experiences, which, you guessed it, results in further stress reduction because sexual release does constitute itself as a stress reducer in itself. Furthermore, do not neglect your nutrition.
