Multivitamins and Men’s Health
Are you one of the millions of Americans today who take a multivitamin? I take a multivitamin, and I truly do believe that without the vitamin, my diet is missing several beneficial nutrients and vitamins that it would not otherwise have if I didn’t pop one of those little suckers every morning with my breakfast. There are naysayers, of course, that say multivitamins do no good and you have to get all you nutrition and vitamins in the foods you eat and drinks you drink.
They don’t really understand though, that if you take a men’s multivitamin with your meals, you are increasing your absorption rate, and again still, if you are taking a high quality multivitamin supplement, the vitamins are designed for optimal absorption and to pass through the body being absorbed, rather than being ignored and passed as waste, as some other non-quality vitamins are.
It is also very important, I feel, that if you cannot chew your multivitamin, then make sure you get some other form of vitamin like a liquid one or something that is encapsulated that you can swallow whole, because if you do not chew your compact little vitamin (it’s not that hard, I’ve been doing it for years, trust me - you get used to it fairly quickly), it very well may pass through your body virtually unused and unabsorbed.
Chewing it makes the surface area smaller, and makes it easier for your digestive enzymes to tear apart and digest, so that the nutrients can then be passed through the body and later absorbed into the blood stream, where these little vitamins do their good work. So, don’t believe the naysayers that say taking supplements does no good.
Why then would we have drugs for all kinds of ailments today? What, do they also have no effect? Really, the thought process is ludicrous if you think about it! Another thing to look into, is a solution for a problem that way too many men have to deal with that most find embarrassing and disheartening, and that is male hair loss. Read out new page on male hair loss products and see how you can take natural supplements to help prevent future hair loss and regain the hair that you’ve lost throughout the years. It’s interesting, because it’s natural, but it also contains the only FDA approved ingredient today for hair loss.
