Merv Griffin Dies of Prostate Cancer

Well, we were pulling for the entertainment entrepreneur and business man, but Merv Griffin finally succumbed to prostate cancer after a long battle with the common male disease, at the age of 82.  Merv actually invented the modern game show pretty much, as we know it, with Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune on his esteemed Hollywood resume, and it made him one of the Forbes richest people several times over.  We’ll  miss you Merv.  Here’s to prostate health awareness.
