Exercising : The Libido Connection
We all know exercising is great for us, and that we should always try to maintain a regular fitness schedule for the health of our heart, our mind and our overall body, as well as for weight loss and maintenance. But what about exercising for sexual health and our natural libido, or craving for sex which makes us feel youthful and alive? What about exercising for staying healthy, young and virile for as long as we can as men?
Aside from also taking an HGH enahncing supplement, which helps men to maintain youth for as long as possible as well as to help keep grey hair at bay and keep the skin toned, the muscles toned and the sexual prowess at its peak, exercise is probably the best natural health supplement for men that’s free because of its multitude of health benefits that have been scientifically proven time and time again through various research studies and anecdotal evidence. The great thing is, now research directed specifically at finding out if regular exercise increase sexual potency and libido in both men and women has found that conclusively, YES it does.
No shock to me at all. I know that when I am regularly exercising, I have a much stronger libido, and heck, even right after working out sometimes is the strongest urge to get it on that I feel! An interesting aside to this new research is showing that particularly specific exercises and stretches (remember we talked about yoga!), that emphasizes stretching and warming the muscles around the pelvic and groin area, which will improve blood flow locally to that area, is especially helpful in making a man and woman have increased libido. For men, it can be a natural pheromone booster to attract women as well. The sweat contains pheromones, which are secreted and biologically “sensed” by a woman.
Not only does excercise greatly improve libido, but it also can dramatically improve sexual endurance for both men and women. Think about it, exercise improves lung capacity for better breathing, and it also gets your body used to moving in unusual ways for extended periods of time - again the position thing we talked about with yoga comes into play here! It’s a definite natural libido helper for men that cannot be ignored.
Now that scientific evidence is saying that yes, conclusively, exercising is a big, big helper for sexual potency, I hope that people - men and women, will sit up and take notice and get off their hinies and start working out!
