I found this one on TheSmokingGun.com, about a judge who was caught pleasuring himself under his robe behind the gavel and podium by a clerk, trial witnesses, and his court reporter. 

Everyone grew suspicous when they heard “swooshing” noises coming from his area.  He allegedly was using a penis pump, or male enhancement pump, which in his defense, was a gag gift he got from a friend. 

Excuse me, sure, it could be a gag gift, but WHY did you have it behind the bench with you?  Were you afraid it would get stolen.  The judge denied any wrongdoing and says he did not use the male enhancement pump on himself during court proceedings.
