More on the Male Orgasm

We talked last time about how having powerful, strong orgasms and having them frequently is actually very good for the health of a man - heck it’s also good for women too, because as we saw, it lessens women’s heart disease likelihood. 

But how can we ensure that we will have frequent enough orgasms to garner the health benefits of stress relief, anxiety  management and disease resistence that frequent and satisfying orgasms are currently helping to fight?

Well, the important thing is that we make the time to have frequent enough sexual intercourse and sexual intimacy with our partners if we have one.  What if you’re single?  Well, I certainly would never recommend promiscuous behavior, but try to find someone that you have a lot in common with sexually at least, so that you can have that sexual outlet when you need it.  And, if all else fails, there’s always masturbation, right?
