Orgasms : Men’s Health Essential?

Is the male orgasm a pivotal part of overall health for men?  Some say a resounding YES to that statement, and I must wholeheartdly agree with that simplistic, if not very true assessment of the male orgasm.  In fact, multiple orgasms are even better - correct?

Orgasms make us all feel good - women and men, and you can’t deny that you have a certain “glow” hours, even days after having a particularly satisfying sexual interlude with your partner, right?  That glow carries into every aspect of your life.  Likewise, when you’re not having sex, and you haven’t had a good orgasm in a while, you tend to get a little cranky, a little irritable, no?  Well, I can’t speak for everyone, but this certainly is true for me!

We all know what orgasming does for our mental health, but what about our physcial health, and what aspects of our physical health do good, healthy and frequent orgasms have do orgasms impact?

Recent studies are showing that sex and subsequent climaxing release stored tension which in turn helps our heart and nervous system.  Increasing the male orgasm results in feelings of well being associated with sexual intimacy and orgasms also greatly impacts our brain function, which splinters out into every other sector of our health, like our circulatory system, heart, kidney, liver you name it.

The psychological calming and balancing that come along with male sexual climaxing greatly calms and heals the mind, and prepares us to enter stressful situations with a sense of tranquility and ability to deal.

Studies have also shown that, remarkably, frequent sex and frequent orgasms translate into lower death rates for both men and women, and a lower risk of heart attack for women.

Among other things, people who experience more frequent orgasms also tend to get more enjoyment out of life, as well as having more ability to fight infection.  Pretty cool, huh?  Another reason to start having sex more!
