It’s been a long standing cliche that women who don’t want to have sex with their husbands use the excuse “Honey, sorry I have a headache”. 

Well, it seems nowadays men’s libido’s are also suffering from high stress jobs and lifestyles, and men are now turning the game on their spouses, saying they’re just too tired or “they have a headache”. 

Think about how many opportunities we have to have intimate moments with our significant others, and how those moments are wasted because one of the pair just isn’t in the mood due to lack of energy, or pure lack of libido for the moment.

Stress busters like yoga, exercise and other forms of relaxation like massage and meditation may be just the answer for the millions of stressed out Americans who don’t even have the energy or mental stamina to have sex with their partners. Think of the marriages it would save!
