The penis enlargement patch, however, works by delivering the active ingredients through the skin, which then is delivered “transdermally”, or through the skin, directly going into the blood stream. Thus, it has been assumed that the substances avoid some of the processing that occurs in the stomach and liver.

This just gives the penis enlargement patch a slight advantage over a penis enlargement pill, in that it does not have to be remembered a couple times a day, as usually the patches are changed once every two to three days.  The delivery may also be a bit more consistent with a patch, and is ideal for those of you that may forget to take pills a couple times a day, or just hate to take pills for whatever reason.
