Penis “Enlargement” Product Enzyte Sued
“The ads made repeated unsubstantiated claims with the intention of drawing out and using men’s insecurities,” said John Murdock, one of the attorneys representing consumers against Berkeley. “In our opinion the primary effect Enzyte had on its users was to shrink the size of their wallets.”
A suit was filed against the manufacturer/advertisers of the popular herbal male enhancement product Enzyte on behalf of purchasers (class action attempt), accusing the company of using deceptive advertisements with made up statistics to entice tens of thousands of men into purchasing the supplement that claims to actually enlarge the penis.
The suit further alleges that Enzyte manufacturer Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals built up over $100 million enterprise that preyed on men’s insecurities about their penis size claiming unsubstantiated client results.
