Scheduling Time for Sex? What’s This World Come To?

Well, the world has come to a place where everyone is so busy they don’t even have to time to have unplanned, spontaneous sex. And if they do have the time, they’re just downright too dog tired to try to go at it. I feel their pain. I’ve been there MANY times with my partner. Sometimes thought, in order to maintain a healthy relationship, both mentally and physically, we just need to clear our schedules and make sure we take time out to take care of our sexual needs.

After all, sex is a great tension reliever, so we’re actually killing two birds with one stone. We’re taking care of our innate urges to have sex, and we’re also relieving pent up stress and anxiety. Think about what you want to do after sex - sleep right? That’s because you’ve had a major release - of a physical nature, which also puts your mind at ease.

So get out your calendars, your pocket planners, or your Palm Pilots, and set aside a couple days this month to get busy with your partners.
