The penile stretcher has actually been around a little while as an alternative means to enlarge a man’s penis.  Unfortunately, with cheap imitations and stretchers that just didn’t work or looked like a piece of junk, they may have gotten a rap similar to the bad rap that penis pumps got.  Actually, penis pumps are a different breed, and I don’t generally recommend them unless you use extreme caution due to the chance of blistering and chafing that can happen when most men use these devices for the first time.
