Men’s Health - We May Be Better Off Here than We Think

There was just a recent article on how strokes and heart disease are on the rise in the poorer countries.  It used to be thought that they had a lower rate due to the fairly simple diets such as rice and other foods that don’t put weight on like American diets do.  Now, due to nutritionally void foods on the rise all over the world, this seems to be negatively impacting both mens health and women health in these poorer countries.  Looks like the US isn’t looking like the Worst of the Worst for once as far as health, weight and diet!
