How to Get the Most Out of a Natural Male Enhancement Supplement

As a general rule of thumb, most herbal remedies and preparations (which is what most natural male products are considered) are absorbed and utilized more efficiently by the body when they are not taken with food.

This is the opposite of vitamin supplements, which are supposedly absorbed more heavily into the blood stream when taken with meals, spaced througout the day.

To the contrary, herbal preparations are generally more effective when taken at least a half hour before meals, or 1-2 hours after smaller meals - the bigger the meal, the longer the wait should be to take the pills.

However, it should be noted that according to Chinese herbal culture and traditional Chinese medicine, herbal remedies that target maladies or problems in the lower extremities of the body should be taken before meals, not after whenever possible, for maximum efficacy.

It is important to remember though, that you should always adhere to the instructions given by the actual manufacturer of the product, since they know their product best, and know how it is absorbed best in the human body.

Another good rule is to limit the consumption of alcohol and carbonated beverages while on herbal enhancement products since they can inhibit the proper absorption and utilization of the medicine as it was intended to act in the body.
